NIIT Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation & Integration Consultant to drive end-to-end Docebo deployments. This hybrid/remote role requires translating business needs into technical solutions, mapping processes, and delivering integrated, scalable LMS and talent management configurations.

You will work closely with clients to design, test, and implement Docebo and related systems, ensuring successful adoption at launch and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, webhooks, and data exchange.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies including SAML and AES encryption.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data transformation techniques.

Responsabilités

• Implement end-to-end Docebo learning platform deployment.
• Lead data migration efforts with validation, error resolution, and ETL verification.
• Configure cloud-based environments to meet client needs.
• Design and troubleshoot integration workflows between systems.
• Serve as liaison between client teams, vendors, and internal resources to ensure successful adoption.
