Job summary

NIIT USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Docebo Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Docebo LMS implementations and integration with Talent Management platforms.

You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to configure solutions, migrate data, and ensure successful adoption across sites. The role requires strong API, data migration, and SQL skills, with experience in REST/SOAP, webhooks, JSON, SSO, and SAML.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in LMS implementation, configuration, or enterprise Talent Management systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data migration, and SQL.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, SSO, and SAML.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and map business processes.
• Design, configure, and implement LMS and Talent Management solutions.
• Manage data migration, validation, transformation, and error resolution.

About the Role

NIIT USA Inc. is looking for an experienced Docebo Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end implementation of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) and other enterprise Talent Management platforms.

The consultant will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements, configure LMS solutions, manage data migration, build system integrations, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
