Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman seeks a Learning Systems specialist to administer, optimize, and improve LMS and learning platforms. This role supports Talent & Development by managing Docebo, content libraries, and related tools, acting as a trusted consultant on learning technology capabilities.

The candidate will build a technology roadmap, collaborate with IT and vendors, and deliver high‑quality learning experiences while driving system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, content libraries, assessment platforms, or virtual learning tools, specifically Docebo, Coursera and HBR.
• Docebo administration experience and credentialing preferred.
• Ability to translate business and learner needs into practical technology solutions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the learning management system (LMS) and related learning content providers.
• Develop and maintain a learning technology roadmap for LMS and related platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, HRIS, vendors, and course owners to implement and communicate updates.
• Generate and analyze learning reports and dashboards to measure utilization and effectiveness.
• Lead or support projects related to learning technology implementation or optimization.
