Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads high performing sourcing teams; recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top sourcing talent.
• Support career development of key roles through mentoring and leadership.
• Proactively prepare for client renewals and participate in client meetings to drive renewals and new business.
