Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Sourcing Leader to manage and grow a team delivering strategic sourcing for a high-demand data center client. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure best-in-class outcomes, governance, and supplier performance across the account.

The role emphasizes leadership, contract excellence, and market-driven negotiations to maximize value while maintaining compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired.
• People management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree - Business, Supply Chain Management preferred.
• MBA, a plus.
• CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of sourcing professionals supporting a specific co-location Data Center Client.
• Collaborate with Sourcing & Procurement teams, Account Directors, Clients and Divisional leaders to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Develop governance around contracts and sourcing projects from ideation to closeout using the company platform.
• Define primary/secondary suppliers by category and establish a contract brief template with key points.
• Drive market-based renewals and term negotiations to improve terms and value delivery.
• Create a supplier performance management program and enable governance across the account.
