Qualifikationen

• Develop relationships with Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service, retention and profitability.
• Work with dealership management to execute action plans improving customer experience and dealer profitability.
• Analyze profitability, reviews and trends to identify gaps and advise on best practices.
• Make recommendations to drive service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory business.
• Support the development and execution of marketing messages across platforms.
• Review reports and visit dealers weekly to inform recommendations.
