Mazda Motor Corporation is seeking District Service Managers to be the primary interface with Mazda dealers, helping improve customer experience, grow revenue and profit, and boost service retention and repurchase loyalty in line with Mazda BVM philosophies.

The role involves field consulting across service operations, parts, and marketing with daily travel and remote-work options in states including New Hampshire. Salary ranges from $87,000 to $126,225, determined by education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience with 2+ years in sales and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Valid Driver's License required; able to travel daily.

Responsabilités

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service and parts operations and profitability.
• Work with dealership management to execute action plans enhancing customer experience and dealer profitability.
• Perform profitability analysis and advise dealership management to grow revenue while controlling costs.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Provide consultation to drive increased service traffic and wholesale parts/merchandising.
• Support and implement marketing plans nationwide and regionally.
• Visit dealers weekly and ensure compliance with MNAO policies; document contacts.
