Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with major retail customers; strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line growth and beneficial product mix.
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to expand assortment and support new product introductions.
• Analyze sales trends and performance to create actionable improvement plans.
• Manage territory advertising and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
• Oversee training initiatives for retail sales teams to strengthen brand advocacy.
• Ensure order fulfillment efficiency and resolve backorder issues.
• Participate in business reviews and deliver persuasive stakeholder presentations.
