Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a District Manager III to drive profitable sales growth and strengthen our partnership with Warners’ Stellian. This role develops and executes sales strategies, manages budgets, and improves key business metrics across Frigidaire, Frigidaire Gallery, and Electrolux.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or account management experience supporting major retail customers, preferably in assisted-selling environments.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience interpreting sales data and identifying trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitable sales strategies to drive topline growth and optimize product and brand mix across Frigidaire, Frigidaire Gallery, and Electrolux.
• Analyze sales, sell-through, financial, and industry data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to expand product assortment and develop promotional strategies.
• Lead product and sales training for retail teams to increase knowledge and engagement.
• Manage performance against financial objectives, including budgets and promotional investments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product availability, open orders, and returns.
