The role blends sales strategy, analytics and relationship management to optimize revenue, assortment and promotions while enhancing the consumer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, results-driven, collaborative and adept at influencing stakeholders across multiple priorities, translating data into actionable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in sales, account management or related business development.
• Experience developing sales strategies, merchandising programs, and promotions in retail.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Must reside in Southern/Central California and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Expand assortment opportunities, launch new products, and execute go-to-market plans.
• Analyze sales, inventory and market data to identify trends and actions.
• Create promotional and merchandising strategies to maximize ROI and visibility.
• Lead sales training and engagement initiatives for retail staff.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to improve key metrics.
• Monitor order management, pricing, and product setup for accurate execution.
• Prepare business reviews and communicate insights and recommendations.
