Electrolux Group North America is seeking a District Manager I to lead Southern California with extensive travel. You will partner with independent dealers to grow sales for Electrolux and Frigidaire and deliver training at retail.

You will strengthen brand visibility, execute go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance merchandising, inventory, and customer experience. This role offers career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3+ years of sales, account management, or related customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Southern California and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned independent dealer accounts with sales strategies.
• Serve as primary field representative for Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Vintec brands.
• Deliver product training and sales enablement to retail staff.
• Collaborate on regional go-to-market strategies and key account initiatives.
• Develop promotional programs with merchandising teams to drive ROI.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and fulfillment to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present business reviews and recommendations.
