Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years sales experience with major retail customers.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line growth and profitable product mix.
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to expand assortment and support new product introductions.
• Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to create actionable plans for improvement.
• Manage territory advertising and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
• Oversee training initiatives for retail sales teams to strengthen brand advocacy.
