Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of sales, account management, retail customer management, or related business development experience.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies, merchandising programs, and promotional initiatives within a retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth, market share gains, and product mix optimization.
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to expand assortment opportunities, launch new products, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market performance data to identify trends, measure results, and develop action plans that improve business performance.
• Create and implement promotional and merchandising strategies that maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
• Lead sales training and engagement initiatives to strengthen retail associate knowledge and advocacy across the Electrolux brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to improve key business metrics, including sales performance, product availability, customer satisfaction, and returns management.
• Monitor order management, pricing, product setup, and operational processes to ensure accurate execution and a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and deliver business reviews, presentations, and reporting that communicate insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
