Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or retail experience.
• Ability to develop strategic customer partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share, and profitable product mix across accounts.
• Develop account strategies, promotions, and merchandising aligned with goals.
• Manage customer investments, co-op programs, and promotional budgets.
• Forecast sales, monitor inventory, and support demand and order management.
• Conduct business reviews with partners and develop action plans.
• Deliver product training and sales support to store teams.
• Ensure in-store and digital execution of Electrolux products.
