Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry.
• Experience with channel and partner sales models.
• Proven leader with the ability to create high performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment.
• Year over year track record of successful sales pipeline management and results.
• Highly driven with execution focus and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Consistently delivers revenue numbers with focus on team development and growth.
• Capable of managing significant client escalations and issues.
• Excellent at influencing others; communicates effectively and builds consensus across teams.
• Leads with a balance of leadership and teamwork across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field sales team to maximize bookings, growth, and quotas.
