• Develop and execute district business plans driving market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution across endocrinology, primary care, health systems, pharmacies and diabetes education programs.
• Partner with field team to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Leverage data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive execution against objectives.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, diabetes centers, and providers.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, Sales Training, and Commercial Leadership to execute growth strategies.
• Champion talent development by identifying high-potential employees and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
