Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a District Sales Manager for a leading manufacturer serving agricultural and industrial equipment markets. This role owns a defined territory and a 20–40 dealer network, driving growth and ensuring revenue targets are met.

You will travel 50–80% across the territory, develop dealer partnerships, launch new products, and provide market insights to guide strategic decisions in a remote, field-based capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of territory or district sales experience.
• Proven track record growing multi-million dollar territories.
• Experience with dealer, distributor, or channel networks.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence organizations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue goals of $20M-$40M annually for the territory.
• Forecast, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Develop and expand 20–40 dealer network; recruit and onboard new partners.
• Drive product penetration and successful product launches within the territory.
• Provide training and market feedback to internal teams.
