This individual contributor role is responsible for delivering $20M-$40M in annual revenue through dealer development, new product adoption, and increased market penetration.
Territory & Revenue Management
- Own and deliver territory revenue goals ranging from $20M-$40M annually.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Communicate territory risks, trends, and opportunities to leadership.
Dealer Development & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a network of 20-40 dealers, ranging from independent operators to large multi-location organizations.
- Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Support dealer business planning, goal setting, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer partners aligned with territory strategy.
Growth & Market Expansion
- Increase product penetration and share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Drive adoption and successful launch of new products within the territory.
- Provide training, sales support, and market feedback to improve execution and customer results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of territory sales, district management, or channel sales experience.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing a multi-million-dollar territory.
- Experience working with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence organisations of varying size and complexity.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
Travel
This is a remote, field-based position with approximately 50-80% travel throughout the assigned territory. Travel includes meetings with dealers, commercial customers, end users, and internal teams.
