Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to support dealer networks across Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and the Dakotas. This remote role requires relocation within the territory or residence in the supported states, and involves working with the Director of Parts Sales – West to boost aftermarket parts performance.

You will analyze dealer performance, promote national standards, and drive sales initiatives while maintaining key relationships with dealers and headquarters

Formación

• BS/BA with 8+ years of professional experience or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office suite and analytics.
• Strong sales background and ability to travel 50%+.

Responsabilidades

• Improve operational performance of parts departments at dealers.
• Promote aftermarket programs and drive parts sales growth.
• Conduct territory analyses and provide field intelligence.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principals and Parts Managers on programs.
• Support training, pricing, and business planning for dealers.
