Job summary

IXL Learning seeks a District Partnership Specialist to support Colorado districts through professional learning and implementation. You will guide districts, deliver PD, and collaborate with internal teams to expand partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, school/district leadership experience, and the ability to travel within Colorado 40–60% to deliver hands-on support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and plan implementation.
• Excellent presentation skills for teachers and administrators.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert supporting large, complex districts with IXL.
• Partner with Colorado district leaders to create and implement a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel within Colorado to deliver professional development; 40%–60% travel.
• Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
