You will lead on-site and virtual PD sessions, analyze usage data with district teams, and guide educators through onboarding and ongoing training. Travel 40–60% within Arkansas is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Over 5 years of experience in K-12 education.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators and administrators.
• Proven district or school-level initiative leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% within Arkansas.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary implementation expert for IXL within assigned districts in Arkansas.
• Partner with district leadership to develop customized professional development strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with district administrators, principals, and educators.
• Travel within Arkansas for 40–60% of your time to deliver in-person training.
• Lead live and virtual professional development sessions for educators.
• Collaborate with Sales to support districts during pilots and training.
• Use data to interpret district usage and student performance for planning.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Align IXL implementation with district curricula and practices.
• Gather district feedback to inform service and product improvements.
• Support sustainable, ongoing professional development and platform integration.
