Job summary

IXL Learning seeks a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team in Cleveland for a fully remote role. You will serve as an implementation expert, guiding districts through IXL adoption and delivering tailored professional development.

You will travel within Ohio (40–60%) to deliver sessions, build relationships with district leaders, and support pilots while collaborating with Sales and internal teams to grow partnerships and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical thinker who can interpret data and develop effective plans.
• Excellent presentation skills to teachers and administrators.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts with their IXL implementation.
• Partner with district leaders in Ohio to create and implement a professional development plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel within Ohio to deliver professional development and provide hands-on implementation support (40–60% travel).
• Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze and use data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
