Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to greet examinees, verify IDs, and enforce center policies. You will monitor exams, perform security checks, and maintain a secure testing environment to ensure integrity. This role requires customer-service experience and strong communication to support multiple shifts on site.

The position supports part-time hours with open scheduling, including weekends, and does not involve sales quotas. Training is provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience, in person.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Familiar with Windows-based programs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of test center policies.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure environment and materials at all times.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for each candidate.
• Escalate occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling and represent Prometric's values.
• Digitally scan and record fingerprints if applicable.
