The Test Center Manager plays a key role in ensuring that testing facilities operate at the highest standards and that staff are effectively managed. They will be responsible for supervising Test Center Administrators and ensuring a secure and professional environment for test candidates.

Qualified candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience and one year of management experience. The position requires effective communication and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Prometric standards.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise TCAs.
• Educate staff on performance metrics.
• Supervise registration procedures for candidates.
• Hiring and training new TCAs.
• Maintain security at testing facilities.
• File reports on test center situations.
• Administer tests as a TCA when necessary.
