Prometric is seeking a Test Center Manager to oversee operations at the McAllen test center. You will lead staff, ensure exam integrity, and manage daily facilities, security, and client standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to train new staff while coordinating with internal teams to meet testing demands at the 801 W Nolana Ave location. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, operations, and performance meet Prometric and client standards.
• Plan regular staff schedules and supervise both regular and temporary Test Center Administrators.
• Understand how operating costs impact Prometric's financial metrics and drive performance across KPIs.
• Educate staff on key performance levers and coach to achieve targets.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for candidates arriving for registration; ensure proper eligibility checks.
