Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of sales, account management, or related experience in a retail environment.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies, merchandising programs, and promotional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.

• Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market share gains, and product mix optimization.
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to expand assortment opportunities and launch new products.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market performance data to identify trends and develop action plans.
• Create and implement promotional and merchandising strategies to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
• Lead sales training and engagement initiatives to strengthen retailer knowledge and advocacy across the brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to improve key business metrics including sales, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order management, pricing, product setup, and operational processes for accurate execution.
• Develop and deliver business reviews, presentations, and reporting with insights and recommendations.
