Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing performance through P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights to senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail analytics platforms.
