Reformation is seeking a District Manager for future opportunities across various locations. This remote, national role oversees 8–15 stores and up to 150 team members, driving sales growth and brand standards while nurturing leadership development and talent pipelines.

Reporting to the Director of Retail, you will partner with cross-functional teams to expand market share, oversee talent acquisition, and coach Store Managers. Compensation includes base salary and annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Coach Store Managers to strengthen leadership and performance.
