OSL Retail Services seeks a District Manager to lead in-store teams across a district, driving sales and customer experience while managing staffing and budgets. You will recruit, train, and coach store teams, visit locations, and uphold operational standards with integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, hiring expertise, and the ability to create strategic plans for both high‑performing and underperforming stores. Hybrid work model with weekly store visits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of in-store teams and multi-unit supervision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a people-first approach.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring staff across locations.
• Ability to forecast, budget, and measure retail metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead and energize a district of prime locations under Regional Sales Director.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and mentor the district sales team.
• Develop strategies for high- and underperforming stores to drive growth.
• Manage staffing levels and onboarding/offboarding per policy.
