Job summary

Reformation is seeking a District Manager to lead 8–15 stores nationwide, leveraging technology to enhance the employee, customer, and brand experience. You will report to the Director of Retail and drive district-wide revenue, market growth, and operational excellence.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft market strategies, recruit and develop leaders, and champion clienteling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-store districts or regional teams.
• Ability to develop market-specific business strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, coaching, and succession planning.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead district for 8–15 stores and up to 150 team members.
• Drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, and brand awareness across locations.
• Partner with Retail Ops, Marketing, People, Merchandising, and Learning & Development to expand market share.
• Coach Store Managers, develop leadership pipelines, and reinforce core service standards.
• Spend ~80% of time in stores coaching and reviewing performance.
