Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance across the district by analyzing KPIs and implementing growth strategies.
• Develop and inspire Store Managers through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure operational excellence through regular store visits and policy adherence.
• Champion a client-centric culture to elevate the in-store experience.
• Collaborate with FSC and brand teams on events and promotions to drive traffic.
