Zusammenfassung

Siemens is seeking a Distribution Sell With Executive (DSE) to support Digital Industries Automation revenue growth through indirect channels. The role focuses on coaching distributors, developing value propositions, and driving account strategy within Florida-based operations while supporting remote territories.

The DSE will identify new opportunities, lead negotiations, and align customer needs with Siemens solutions, reporting to the Distribution Sell With Manager within the Partner Sales

Qualifikationen

5+ years of direct sales/business development experience with a proven sales track record.
8+ years of experience selling high-tech products such as OT to IoT in an automation environment.
Strong ability to coach and transfer sales knowledge to partners.
Experience building a qualified pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling to C-level executives in the SMB market.

Aufgaben

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned accounts, territories, or verticals.
Lead complex negotiations to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
Align customer needs with Siemens solutions.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and Channel Distributors.
