Guardian Life seeks a strategic Head of Distribution Sales Enablement who will transform enterprise data, market intelligence, and customer insights into growth-driven sales strategies for PO and 3P channels.

You will lead CRM capabilities buildout and AI enablement across Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel, driving dashboards, KPIs, and governance. This role reports to executive leadership and demands strong collaboration with data, product, and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, analytics, or BI with leadership.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience leading sales analytics, performance management or planning.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel for dashboards and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled sales capabilities in CRM.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution sales enablement strategy for PO and 3P channels.
• Establish planning, goals, formulas, and performance measurement.
• Identify growth, cross-sell, and relationship-expansion opportunities.
• Lead CRM buildout and integration across sales and product.
• Configure scalable CRM data connections and user experiences.
• Advance AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce and tools.
• Drive adoption through governance and change leadership.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights for sales leadership.
• Partner with enterprise data and tech teams on data models.
• Promote data quality and responsible data use.
• Lead executive communications and strategic recommendations.
