Guardian Life is seeking a Head of Distribution who will transform data and market insights into actionable sales strategies across Proprietary and Third-Party channels. The role leads CRM enablement, AI adoption, and performance measurement to accelerate distribution growth.

The ideal candidate will drive executive-level planning, build scalable CRM solutions, and deliver insights through Power BI and advanced Excel dashboards for sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, sales analytics, or related field.
• Experience building or expanding CRM capabilities within a sales or distribution organization; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Advanced experience using Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and translate data into insights.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled sales capabilities and digital assistants within CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution sales enablement strategy for PO and 3P channels.
• Establish sales planning, goal-setting, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Identify growth, cross-sell, and relationship-expansion opportunities across business lines.
• Lead buildout and integration of CRM capabilities within Distribution and align with product and data teams.
• Advance AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce and related sales tools.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide sales managers and leaders.
