Job summary

ESC Region 11 is seeking a TEMP Technician, Distance Learning Program Specialist in White Settlement, TX. The role supports remote distance learning for LEAs nationwide, manages Connect2Texas scheduling, and serves as Zoom regional program manager for ESC Region 11 employees and LEAs.

The position is temporary/ irregular part-time, with pay at $24.00 per hour, and reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Digital Resources. Immediate starting date; approx. 2.5 days per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Technical certification(s) or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and provide technical support for Regional Distance Learning Network.
• Maintain distance education web pages and Connect2Texas sites.
• Provide online, face-to-face, and telephone support for clients.
• Manage the Zoom license counts and usage.
• Train and support clients on webinar tools.
