• Research and resolve technical support tickets regarding the TSDS data system and submissions.
• Prioritize and escalate issues requiring investigation or development team involvement.
• Serve as a business contact for support-related meetings and communications.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Document defects and coordinate with Product Owner and PM teams.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for end users.
• Assist with customer outreach during peak TSDS submission timeframes.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand needs and concerns.
