Job summary

RECONN Construction Services National General Contractors is seeking a reliable Dispatcher for a full-time remote position supporting utility service scheduling. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate service and inspection appointments, and communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, administrative, or dispatch experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office applications; multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to utility services and appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate utility service and inspection appointments with customers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Assist customers with scheduling questions, changes, and general inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and internal teams by phone and email.
• Enter and update information accurately in company systems.
• Manage multiple tasks and computer systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow established company procedures and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties as needed.
