Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to manage technician schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. You will track work status, update records, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Qualifications

• One year dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to meet customer needs.
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments.
• Track work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed.
• Handle and process data from multiple sources.
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation.
• Keep records of service calls and work orders.
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts.
• Other duties as assigned.
