Job summary

SCI, a Congruex Company, is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Utah. This is a work-from-home position but you must reside in Utah. The role emphasizes organization, timeliness, accuracy, and safety while coordinating outages and field tasks.

Primary duties include monitoring and dispatching work orders, producing end-of-order finance reports, and representing Congruex professionally to clients. A strong team mindset and excellent computer skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Dispatch work orders and ensure completion in required time frame.
• Complete finance report at completion of each Work order.
• Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner.
• Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work being completed.
• Working as a team to complete projects.
• Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed
