Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team.

In this remote, work-from-home role, you will receive service requests, create tickets, and dispatch work orders to a dedicated team of Field Service Technicians for IT and point-of-sale hardware repairs, supporting a 24/7 operation. You will communicate with SHI employees and customers via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and email, monitor assignments, verify information for dispatch, and be

Qualifications

Completed High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in dispatcher or call center/help desk preferred.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SharePoint and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive service requests and create tickets in the call management system.
Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS repairs.
Communicate with internal teams and customers via phone, Teams, and email.
Monitor and oversee call assignments to ensure timely service delivery.
Verify that service requests include complete customer information for dispatch.
Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call overnights.
