Truck Driver Nation LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Freight Dispatcher to support our U.S. freight-dispatch operations from a remote, work-from-home setup.

Prior dispatch experience is preferred but not required; transferable logistics, customer service, or scheduling skills are welcome. The role involves coordinating freight movement, communicating with drivers, brokers, and customers, and assisting with load planning.

Formación

• Freight-dispatch experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, customer service, sales, scheduling, operations, or administrative coordination will be considered.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to perform mileage and rate-per-mile calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate freight movement and maintain driver communications.
• Evaluate available freight by location, equipment, mileage, rates.
• Negotiate freight rates when authorized.
• Plan loads and assist with trip planning.
• Maintain dispatch records, load notes, and documentation.
• Provide timely status updates on shipments.
• Identify delays or scheduling conflicts and communicate them promptly.
