Job summary

United Rentals in Wisconsin is seeking a Dispatcher to organize daily equipment dispatch for the branch, scheduling drivers and ensuring safe, timely deliveries. You will handle customer calls, process deliveries and service requests, assist the inside sales team, and coordinate emergency field repairs while upholding safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of DOT regulations; strong multitasking and customer service skills are

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch.
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service.
• Arrange for emergency field repairs as needed.
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules to fulfill requests.
• Assist inside sales team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
