Responsabilidades

• Plan and optimize delivery routes using dispatch software to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor driver progress and provide updates.
• Ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed within timeframes.
• Maintain records of dispatch activities, driver logs and confirmations.
• Liaise with clients, drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
