Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.

Remote Dispatcher

Location: Orlando/Miami

100% Remote, must live within approximately 75 miles of the Orlando/Miami, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM EST

Pay: $20-$21/hour

Contract: 10-12 months with potential for permanent hire

Hiring Timeline

The Opportunity

We are hiring Dispatchers to support a growing field service operation. This team coordinates service technicians who travel to customer locations to repair and maintain equipment. This is a fast-paced role focused on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving. You'll manage incoming service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and help ensure customers receive timely service.

What You’ll Do

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
