Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate nationwide field technicians across the United States from a remote LATAM location. You will manage job assignments, communicate details to technicians, and ensure timely completion.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, are comfortable with dispatch and CRM tools, own a Windows PC, and have reliable internet. Expect a paid training program and generous PTO while working EST hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for customer communication.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with dispatch and CRM systems and able to explain details to technicians.
• Must own Windows PC and have reliable high-speed internet.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Able to work 6 days per week, 8 hours daily, aligned with EST.
• Experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign customer jobs to technicians based on availability and skills.
• Communicate job details to technicians via phone, chat, or email.
• Gather and confirm technical information from customers.
• Track open jobs in real-time and follow up on completion.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers and technicians.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate when needed.
• Meet daily/weekly assignment targets.
• Document activities in CRM/dispatch systems.
