You will monitor routes and capacity, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely service delivery across the network. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dispatch or related ops, with customer service experience and proficiency in CRM/FSMS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in dispatch, field service, or related role preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and chat support to field technicians for work order changes and scheduling.
• Respond to tickets, emails, and inquiries from technical care teams.
• Monitor technician routes to optimize workforce capacity and assignments.
• Coordinate service locates and outage-related activities as needed.
• Use field service management and CRM systems to maintain accurate info and communication between field teams and internal departments.
• Ensure commitments and service expectations are met through timely issue resolution.
• Take on additional operational tasks to support objectives and standards.
