Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate field service teams from a remote location within California. You will schedule, route, and dispatch technicians, monitor real-time operations, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining accurate records and safety compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years in dispatch, experience with Salesforce or similar systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ dispatch operations experience, preferably telecom.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience required.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and tools to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from customers and assign technicians based on skills and location.
• Monitor technician status and provide ETA and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service call records and ensure safety/compliance.
