F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Billing & Dispatch Coordinator to support field operations and ensure timely, accurate billing. You will manage technician scheduling for a growing team and drive fast revenue capture with careful data validation.

The role emphasizes high-volume scheduling, close collaboration with finance, and same-day updates to schedules. A remote, accountable work approach is required, with standard business hours and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in dispatching and/or billing within a field service environment.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service (preferred) or similar systems.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling and billing workflows.
• Experience reviewing technician timecards and validating job data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and communication tools like Teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Strong communication skills with both field personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Must be responsive to same-day scheduling needs and updates.
• Remote role with high accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and scheduling startup, commissioning, and warranty service work for 85+ field technicians.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to assign and manage field resources.
• Provide same-day updates to scheduling as priorities shift.
• Optimize technician utilization, availability, and job coverage across projects.
• Communicate with technicians and internal teams on schedules and expectations.
• Prepare and validate billing data for time & material and milestone-based projects.
• Review technician timecards for labor, travel, and job coding accuracy.
• Ensure jobs are documented and ready for invoicing within 24-48 hours.
• Partner with finance to support invoice generation (~24 invoices/week).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies delaying billing or revenue.
