Responsibilities

• Assist callers with questions and concerns related to disasters using a script as a guide.
• Record all contact results in the call center database.
• Refer escalated calls to a supervisor when needed.
• Plan daily activities in line with company policy and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain an orderly work area and promote compliance with regulations.
