Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Data Entry Operator to support customer service functions related to disaster response. You will assist callers, record information, and maintain accurate records in a database using standard office technology.

Key responsibilities include answering inquiries with a script, logging results in the call center system, escalating to a supervisor as needed, and complying with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, telephone systems, email, and web browsers is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists callers with questions and concerns related to recent disasters, using active listening and a scripting guide.
• Records all results from contacts in the call center database.
• Refer escalated calls to a supervisor as needed.
• Plan daily activities within policy and supervisor instructions to maximize output.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area.
• Promote compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
